Cabvi Welcomes New Director Of Development And Community Relations

Picture of Aaron Bley smilingCincinnati, OH – The Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) welcomes Aaron Bley as its new Director of Development and Community Relations. Bley joined CABVI’s staff in December 2016, bringing a wealth of fund development and community relations experience to CABVI. 

Prior to coming to CABVI, Bley was the Senior Corporate Relationship Officer at American Red Cross, Cincinnati-Dayton Region.  Prior to that, Bley served as the Regional Director for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. He also worked in a variety of community affairs positions with Mercy Health Partners.

Bley earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Xavier University and his master’s degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati. He resides with his wife in Harrison, Ohio.

“I am so pleased to join the Leadership Team at CABVI. My goal is to bring my development skills to the table with commitment to helping CABVI achieve its mission to empower people who are blind or visually impaired with opportunities to seek independence,” said Bley.
