We read when you can’t.
CABVI provides access to the printed word with Radio Reading Services radio broadcasts, personal talking print (PTP) telephone information retrieval system and talking book machines.
Listeners are people who are blind, visually impaired, have conditions that make holding printed material and turning pages difficult (arthritis, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spinal cord injuries, stroke), or have dyslexia or other learning disabilities.
Also available is our One on One program, which matches a person who is blind or visually impaired with a personal volunteer reader.
