No. CABVI provides services to individuals who have low vision and other visual impairments hindering vision.

The costs of services vary by service type; however, CABVI provides services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay.
Anyone can refer a person to CABVI for services, including physicians, friends and family members.
Anyone living with a visual impairment or blindness from early childhood through all phases of adulthood are eligible for CABVI services. Our service area includes eight counties in Ohio (Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren) and three counties in Kentucky (Boone, Campbell, and Kenton). We also serve adjoining counties as needed.
CABVI services are provided at our Gilbert Avenue facility as well as private residences, assistive living facilities, schools and other areas in the community.
